Welcome to our Hillingdon Winter Holiday Activities and Food Programme 2024. We are delighted to hear from you. To access this programme children must be:

If not in receipt of benefits Free School Meals, we also offer paid places on the programme. This is £25.00 per child per day for lunch included. Our Programme starts on Friday 27th December - Monday 30th December 2024
The Theme for this Winter is Christmas and alot of sparkles and celebrating the New Years!
All themes will be taught through dance, drama, arts and crafts, clay modelling and nutritional education activities

We are excited to announce the Primary Programme with be delivered in partnership with 2 venues:

The programme will run from Friday 27th December - Monday 30th December 2024 from 10am to 2pm. Lunch will be from 12:30pm-1:00pm.
There will be a Vegetarian meal and Meat meal served in line with The School Food Standards for children in receipt of free school meals. We are still finalising the menu and this should be available shortly, however please state which meal your child will prefer. For lunch purposes, we need to know any dietary requirements your child(ren) have (i.e. meat lunch/vegetarian lunch/any allergies/nuts allergy/meat allergy/dairy etc).
Please rest assure, in light of the current situation with reference to the Pandemic, appropriate health and safety protocols are in place before commencement of the programme. A Covid Supervisor will be present on site to manage the health safety and of our staff and children and we will also adopt the school’s policy regarding this situation.
In the event of your child not being able to attend the programme please notify us immediately by emailing us at skipzhafhillingdon@gmail.com so we can allocate their place to another child. This is very important as registration means you are offered a place on the programme and your child's lunch will be organised upon registration.
We also have something for the Parents. We are delivering a fantastic online Nutritional Workshop for Parents with a qualified Nutritionist during the Programme.

Different themes are covered each week. All Workshops will take place online via Microsoft Teams from 11am-1pm. You will have the opportunity to learn about healthy eating, cooking recipes on a budget, how nutrition prevents disease and illnesses amongst children and so much more! In order to register for this please state YES at the bottom of the registration form for the programme.
Once the form/ payment (if applicable) has been received we will send you an email with the Programme details. Please register ASAP. Payment for the programme must be made before your child is due to attend.
In order to safeguard our service users and staff, a Covid Health Declaration Form and Registration Pack will be sent to the nominated email address which will need to be completed and sent back to us.

You will receive a email to say you have been booked on to the Programme followed by another email by our admin who will provide the Programme Itinerary.
